Mt. Nebo is not a tall mountain but has expansive views that make it a good place to spend some quality time with your partner. Historically, it is believed that this is the place where God showed Moses the Promised Land. The mountain is a pilgrimage site. From the mountain, you can clearly see Bethlehem, Jericho, and the rooftops of Jerusalem.

Qasr Amra

This is a unique desert “castle” that is located east of Amman. Though there is not much to watch from the outside, the inside of the castle is attractive with frescoes painted on the walls and ceilings. Jerash

Also known as the Temple of Artemis, Jerash is one of the best-preserved Roman cities. It is located about thirty miles north of Amman. It is an amazing attraction site since is shows evidence of people living on the site at around 331 BC. By visiting the site, you will be able to see the impressive Arch of Hadrian, colonnaded main street, hippodrome, and oval forum.
